1.⁠ ⁠ROLE OF PLATFORM
Solvo acts solely as a digital marketplace connecting customers with independent service providers (“Contractors”). Solvo does not perform, supervise, or guarantee any physical services rendered.

2.⁠ ⁠BOOKING & SERVICE REQUEST

All bookings must be made through the Solvo platform.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information.

Solvo reserves the right to cancel requests that are incomplete, misleading, or unsafe to perform.


3.⁠ ⁠INSTANT PRICE SERVICES

Prices shown are estimates based on the information provided.

Additional work or charges require customer approval through the platform before proceeding.

Contractors must obtain approval before performing extra work.


4.⁠ ⁠SITE VISIT & QUOTATION

Certain services require a site inspection before final pricing.

A site visit fee is payable upfront.

The site visit fee will be deducted from the final invoice if the quotation is accepted.

The site visit fee is non-refundable if the quotation is rejected.


5.⁠ ⁠PAYMENT & ESCROW

Payments are processed through Solvo’s secure payment system.

Funds may be held in escrow until service completion is confirmed.

Solvo will release payment to the contractor after completion, less applicable platform commission.


6.⁠ ⁠CANCELLATION & REFUND


6.1 Customer cancellations:

More than 24 hours before service → refundable

Less than 24 hours before service → deposit forfeited


6.2 No-show or denied access:

Deposit or site visit fee is forfeited.


7.⁠ ⁠SERVICE COMPLETION & CONFIRMATION

Customers are required to confirm completion via the platform.

If no dispute is raised within 24 hours after completion, the job will be deemed completed.


8.⁠ ⁠CONTRACTOR STATUS & RESPONSIBILITY

Contractors are independent service providers and not employees of Solvo.

Contractors are fully responsible for workmanship, safety, tools, and compliance.

Contractors are liable for damages or negligence arising from their work.


9.⁠ ⁠PERFORMANCE & RATINGS

Contractors are rated based on service quality, punctuality, and professionalism.

Repeated poor performance or violations may result in suspension or termination.


10.⁠ ⁠LIMITATION OF LIABILITY


Solvo shall not be liable for any acts, omissions, damages, losses, or disputes arising from services provided by contractors. Any service dispute is between the customer and the contractor.


11.⁠ ⁠FRAUD, BYPASS & MISUSE

Users must not bypass the platform to avoid fees.

Accounts involved in fraudulent activities may be suspended or terminated.


12.⁠ ⁠MODIFICATIONS


Solvo reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated terms.


13.⁠ ⁠GOVERNING LAW


These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia.
